How Selling Diamonds Works

Step 01 – Fill In The Form

Simply fill in our online form with all the details you have about your engagement ring or diamond jewellery items. Details from your Diamond Certificate are the most helpful in giving you your true value. If you can send a photo of your engagement ring, loose diamonds or diamond jewellery items with a ruler alongside, it will help you get your best initial offer … but don’t worry if that’s too hard.

Step 02 – First Valuation

Our valuers will investigate the market to assess the current value of your diamonds and diamond jewellery so we can give you the best offer possible.

We’ll email you our assessment within one business day of receiving that submission.

Step 03 – Final Valuation And Cash Offer

If you choose to go ahead, we email you a Fully Paid, Fully Insured Shipping Label so you can send your items to us securely by express delivery.

On receiving your package, we take a video recording of opening it and we evaluate your diamonds or fine jewellery paying close attention to its finer points so we can give you the best cash offer based on market conditions.

Step 04 – Prompt Payment

We email you our offer of a cash transfer, and if you choose to accept, we issue payment right away.
